Welcome to Integrated Care Occupational Therapy Services. Helen is an experienced Occupational Therapist who has strong advocacy and reporting skills and enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their support networks. She brings extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist within the NDIS, Private and Government sectors.
Integrated Care Occupational Therapy will remain a small OT company with limited intake capacity. This ensures it remains person – centred with consistent, trusted, genuine and authentic connections. Helen has a warm and open disposition, relates well to others and has extensive knowledge of the underlying complexities with psychosocial disabilities and mental health. This has enabled positive client outcomes and a consistent client and referral base.

This skill mix ensures that the physical, mental health and psychosocial aspects of functioning are addressed to optimise capacity and wellbeing. Flexible, paced, practical interventions that are relevant and meaningful to you are explored. Helen has a particular interest in working with older adults.
Helen graduated as an Occupational Therapist in the United Kingdom and relocated to Brisbane in 2006. She lives with her 3 daughters and cats. Outside of work Helen enjoys spending time at home, bargain hunting, reading and walking. She has a list of travel destinations she would like to visit but is always happy to call Brisbane ‘Home’.
